CALL IN Privileges:  We have to know how many teams are playing, how many nets to set up, how many teams in each pool, if divisions are full or not etc.  If at least one player from the team cannot at least call us and say you are not coming (we don’t care why, just IF you are coming or not), then both players will loose their call in privileges for the year PERIOD. I will enforce this policy to the fullest starting now. March 7, 2005.

All you have to do, if you register and have to drop out, is 1. Call anytime before the 830AM the day of the tourney – if I do not answer just leaves a message. 2.  Email us before 3AM the day of the tourney. 3. Have someone who is coming to the tourney just tell us you are not coming (before 8:30AM).  In other words, if you registered and can't make it, please let us know so we are not waiting on your to show up.
